Accounts Payable Coordintor
Accountemps has a great opportunity available for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk with an organization that offers an appealing company culture among highly skilled professionals. The candidate's responsibilities in this role include attending to the general needs of the AP/Finance Department, while working closely and reporting to the Accounting Manager. The primary focus of this role is matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. What you get to do every single day
- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
- Execute additional tasks as needed
- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
- Produce full-cycle A/P
- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily
- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required


- 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
- Accounts payable experience desired
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning
- General ledger experience
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
- Detailed and have the ability work independently
